Ceilidh
The club ceilidh is happening on Friday 21st November in Teviot Debating Hall. For those of you who have never been to a ceilidh before then do not miss out! It's a combination of pressure-free traditional Scottish dancing and raucous fun - don't worry the band will walk everyone through each dance and it's always better when half the people don't know what to do! For those of you who are ceilidh veterans, the hillwalking ceilidhs are always nights to be remembered.
We have the celebrated band Kilter playing for us and we are sharing it this year with the Dirty Weekenders Society - don't get over excited, they do conservation weekends away.
The tickets are £5 in advance and can be bought at the pub on Tuesday 18th November, or £6 on the door. Non-club members are also welcome so bring a friend. Get your tickets in advance to insure you get one! (cheques preferable)
It starts at 8.30pm and we will probably be heading downstairs to the pub after.
